Hanna Carol saat ini menjabat sebagai penasehat dari Jakarta Praise Community Church (JPCC) Kids. Istri dari Pdt. Jose Carol (Senior Associate Pastor di JPCC), bersama dengan suaminya selama lebih dari 10 tahun, beliau bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan anak. Ibu dari Nathan dan Joanne ini juga menjadi salah seorang hope Ambassador bagi organisasi kemanusiaan World Vision Indonesia. Kerinduannya adalah agar setiap anak mengerti betapa berharganya mereka di mata Tuhan.
Judul blog ini diambil dari dua buku yang ia tulis: A Box of Chocolates: A Book on Parenting (2009) dan A Box of Chocolates for Two (2010), yang berisikan kumpulan pengalaman pribadi dan hikmat yang ia dapatkan sebagai seorang ibu, seorang istri, dan seorang pelayan Tuhan.
